You benefit from a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, starting from the date you receive your order, under the conditions below.

1. What does the guarantee cover?

  • Manufacturing defects: damaged bottle, defective capsules, expired batch

  • Shipping errors: wrong product, incorrect quantity, unreadable label

In these cases, we take full responsibility:

  • A replacement product is sent free of charge

  • No return is required in most cases

2. “Satisfied or Refunded” Policy

  • Minimum trial period: 20 days
    To ensure fair use, refund requests can only be made after at least 20 days of use.

  • Request deadline: within 30 days of delivery

  • Product return: the product must be returned with remaining capsules

  • Original packaging required (bottle and box if applicable)

  • Reason required: a simple explanation is sufficient
    Neutralea reserves the right to accept or refuse a return after review.

  • Return shipping costs: at the customer’s expense, capped at €10
    (free if the issue is due to our error or a defective product)

  • Return method: returns must be made via a parcel relay service only

  • Refund issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product (if accepted)

⚠️ Please note:
Empty bottles, bottles with insufficient remaining capsules, or broken containers are not eligible for a refund.

3. What is not covered

  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery

  • Requests made before 20 days of use

  • Improper use (overuse, incorrect storage, etc.)

  • Customer order errors (wrong address, wrong product choice)

  • Repeated or abusive refund requests

4. How to request a refund

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Briefly explain the reason for your request

  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions by email

  5. Once the product is received and checked, your refund will be processed
