Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

  • “Force Majeure Event”: any event beyond our reasonable control (see section 10)

  • “Neutralea”, “we”, “us”, “our”: refers to the website www.neutralea.com and the operating company

  • “You”, “your”: refers to any customer placing an order on the Site

  • “Order”: the purchase of dietary supplements via www.neutralea.com

  • “Products”: dietary supplements offered for sale

  • “Site”: the website www.neutralea.com

2. Contract Formation

2.1 Placing an order on the Site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 The contract is formed once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.
2.3 An order number is assigned and must be retained for all correspondence.
2.4 Product images are for illustrative purposes only; minor variations may occur.

3. Prices

3.1 Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Shipping costs are shown before checkout confirmation.
3.3 We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one shown at checkout.

4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

4.1 Claim period: Any return or refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
4.2 Minimum trial period: To ensure fair use, refund requests due to dissatisfaction may only be submitted after at least 20 days of proper use.
4.3 Return approval: Returns are not automatic and must be justified. Each request is reviewed and may be accepted or refused by our support team.
4.4 Return conditions (if approved):

  • Product must be returned in original packaging (bottle + box if applicable)

  • Remaining capsules must be included

  • Empty, broken, or excessively used bottles are not eligible
    4.5 Return shipping costs: Paid by the customer, capped at €10 maximum. Returns must be sent via standard or parcel relay services only.
    4.6 Refunds: If approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days after receipt and inspection.

5. Product Quality & Compliance

All products are manufactured in compliance with applicable regulations. In case of defect or non-conformity, a replacement or refund will be offered after review.

6. Order Cancellation by Neutralea

We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Delivery issues related to the provided address

  • Payment refusal
    A full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Delivery available in Europe and internationally.
7.2 Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 5–9 business days

  • International: 5–9 business days
    7.3 All orders include a tracking number.
    7.4 We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or temporary locations.

8. Liability

8.1 Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages related to the order.
8.2 We are not liable for indirect losses (loss of income, data, or opportunity).
8.3 Products are intended for personal wellness use only and are not medical treatments.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, conflicts, or logistical disruptions.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

12. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. By placing an order, you consent to this processing.

13. Third Parties

These Terms do not confer any rights to third parties. The contract is strictly between you and Neutralea.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
