Shipping Policy

At Neutralea, we do our best to ensure every order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

All orders placed on www.neutralea.com are processed within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package in real-time.

Delivery Times

Belgium : 3 –5 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is offered for Belgium and worldwid with no minimum purchase.
For destinations outside Europe, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Partial Shipments

In some cases, your order may be sent in multiple packages for logistical reasons. There are no extra charges, and you will be informed via your tracking links.

Returns and Refused Delivery

If you refuse delivery or if the package is returned to us for the following reasons:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Refusal to pay taxes or customs duties
Prolonged absence of the recipient

Refunds will only be issued after the package is received at our warehouse. Initial shipping costs, any return fees, and non-refundable taxes will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Restrictions

We ship to most countries. However, for logistical reasons, we do not ship to:

Overseas territories (DOM-TOM)
Military zones (APO/FPO)
PO boxes
Temporary addresses (hotels, fairs, construction sites…)

Neutralea cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
